The room had a refrigerator, and my bed was comfy. the hotel is located in a quiet area near the market. - It is also conveniently close to other restaurants and a convenience store.

I booked well-maintained and neat room with refrigerator.

We liked the place and its complimentary and incredibly nice breakfast.

Had wonderful stay for family vacation with consistently courteous staff and strategic location near malls. Location: the hotel was so close to the center of the surrounding parks and other restaurants and the Philippines and convenience stores. We had goodies and coffee at Starbucks, it was located minute walk from the venue.

Nothing...everything not commensurate with room rate and value of my money for 3-nos. rooms night stay.

Hotel is very far from the city. Entrance to the hotel is very traffic congested. Hotel is very old and so as the bed/beddings. Toilet & bath is very small and flooding. Bar is only up to 10pm. Free breakfast is only piece of dried fish and small piece of scrambled eggs. Children not included with the free breakfast. Very strict with the 12nn check out time. We occupied 3 bedrooms for a night stay ang checked out 9am to meet their 12nn check out time.

This place was spotless, and the rooms were huge and well-kept. the staff was always so kind and genuine whenever I interacted with them. 😊

restaurant was set with tables 6 and 8 people setting, not exactly romantic for a couple of 2 taking dinner or breakfast. Bar was inside restaurant and under stocked, I would suggest a seperate bar to allow people to eat without people at the bar and vice versa. Lot of building work around the hotel, large condo building makes view an eyesore. Lots of renovation work around hotel made stay feel like I was on a building site. No wifi in rooms

The staff were outstandingly accommodating. the room was neat with a refrigerator. - the location was good and I could use free parking on site.

Its view of the Taal Lake was amazing. It's near restaurants and convenience stores. The room was spacious and had a big balcony as well. There was a swimming pool. Very family-friendly. Being here felt luxurious.

The shower/ faucet system was kind of confusing and hard to operate. There was no bidet or tabo for the toilet. There was a fee for extra towels.

it's the friendliness of the staff that made my trip very enjoyable, they are very accommodating and polite.

It's our 2nd time in day's hotel...... We have a great time in staying in your hotel..... Very accessible sa lahat......The kids love the swimming pool.... And the room is very comfortable....... Sarap matulog...... According to my brother @ sister in law with her daughter who stayed with us in the hotel... They feel the same......(they go here for vacation.... They lived in italy) So definitely we will spend another night in your hotel soooooon.......

The restaurant...... Ok ang food only the fruits.... Ang asim ng pinya.... Hahaha... But it doesn't matter....

I like the friendliness and hospitality of the crew. The overlooking Taal view is also nice. :)

The room service was not as accurate, we got the wrong order the first time. Also, the room was missing some toiletries (E.g, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers). The handle of the shower is also defective, it fell off even before we used it.
